Day 4 in the sconnie woods. Temps are great, we haven't seen a deer since noon opening day. Hope that changes soon. Brother seems to think wants all the shooting starts sat, they wise up quickly and hide

It doesn't take them long to figure out once the season starts.  I'm hunting WI too this year.  Today I was lucky to double up on does - one in the morn and jumped one right after lunch.

Still haven't seen a buck there.

Well day 5 is almost in the books. Some shooting to the south. I did see a deer about 2 pm way to far away but was headed to my brother's general area. No shots

With our vast experience and hunting knowledge we got a plan . Figuring a bunch of people will be out tomorrow before there wife tells them they best be home for turkey dinner maybe the deer get pushed around. Since most may not work Friday same same. Hunting till 10 Friday then head home

You won't believe what happened!! we get out of the woods there's a note in his vehicle. Guy a mile away says he's got private land and too many deer. Asked if we are interested. Friggin awesome. Checking it out tomorrow. I may net be home till Sunday.
