Good question!! I'm not sure why they're called Snickerdoodle Blondie Bars,  but I would have to add some ginger spice to them if I were to fairly call them Snickerdoodle Ginger Bars! Hmmmm that actually sounds good... perhaps I'll try that and see how they turn out!! 😋

wasn't sure if it was the lighter color, or so easy a Blonde can make them?   :scratch:  ;)
