OK then. I started a thread in the cooking threads called "What's on the Grill This Weekend?" It's written in boar-speak so let's repair to that thread to discuss some of our culinary endeavors, shall we? We don't need the wet blanket brigade following us over here, complaining they can't follow the cooking threads "like it used to be".  :army:

Welcome roony! Always good to have a tomato growing machine here. You grow lots of other good stuff too but it's not too often I see 7' tall tomato plants. Got the last of my garden seeds yesterday so now I need to get my cantaloupe started. Great to have you too MLR! Hope you feel at home with the new accommodations. If you have questions, just ask someone. I promise not to lock any threads. Not like I would know how anyway. ;) :toast:

Hi I am one of the new members that came here today.  Nice forum here.  I am going to be 62 but feel like 40.   :happy1:  I own a company and we make the Lindell Ice Rigs and Rod Holders.  I hope it is ok to say that.  It is a part time thing we do.  I also work full time but hope to retire in about 3 years.   I like to of course hunt and fish.  I have really gotten into smoking, and bbq and sausage making in the last few years.  Found some great guys on another forum that all moved here today.  They have a wealth of knowledge and are happy to help others out.  I hail from the Baudette area.  Nice to be here.

Hello guys & gals, I also jumped ship to this site. About myself I'm from Pittsburgh, pa but have been fishing in Minnesota, upper Michigan, Wisconsin and Canada since my first trip at age 8. I've been going to Life of Riley Resort on Lake Vermilion for the last 18 years now missing only 3 fall trips. Love it so much that after I retire might make my summer home there. I have owned a drive thru coffee shop now for the last 5 years after leaving the engineering field. Hope to get to know a lot of new people here thanks
if you kick me when I'm down you better pray I don't get up.
