Mornin boys, we had 6o when I came in  about 7:00. Got 2 , kept 1, 1 of 57's nords bit me off too. Grey windy day here, thought they said it might make 70. We had .6" in the gauge this am, still could use some more as the lake is still pretty low. Moved the dock out another 6' on Monday & still got some fine tunin to do. Not much else on the list today so might see what it's like later & go back out. Hopin you all have a good 1.

Speaking of furry muskrats the furries and the anthracon convention is here in Pittsburgh this weekend. They have a parade and take over the town for the weekend. There are giant stuffed animals everywhere you look walking around town

Fireball!!!  Well I am now indoctrinated into the Fireball Club.  My Buddies from Luverne had me drinking shots of the Boar Juice last night.  Had 3 I believe.  Along with Brandy waters.  The Fireball  made the Brandy taste like water...  We had a great time a great meal at Borderview.  Lots of laughing went on and it doesn't get much better than that.  Great friends.  The wife drove and only had a beer but she had a great time too..   I made 2 sandwichs for today, as I might need some extra nourishment after last night.  TGIF!!!  I am so glad the week is almost over.  Seems like a long one..  Looking forward to the 4th Holiday here at home.  The chance of working on Monday gets slimmer and slimmer as I see it...

Morning all. looks like rain here today and tomorrow. Not sure we have any big plans for the big 4 day weekend. just go with the flow, maybe some projects and some fishing. Test out the boat with the new stator in it. RH, what was your boat motor doing that you thought it might be the stator? My motor would just die and not start back up. I would wait 20-30 minutes then it would fire right back up like nothing was wrong. Hoping I got it. Well, have a good day boys. And Happy 4th!!

We've got 62 now, they were talkin about some rain around noon for us. Went out early , they were much deeper(25-35) today, more mayflies too. Got my fine tunin done on the dock so not much on my list for today. Have a good day guys

morning all!!!!!! sunshine here and there talking rain after 3 pm. weekend plans are pressure washing the house, burn up some firewood and fill the aluminum recycling bag up wit beer cans!!!!!!!!!

Humid as a cow. Wet. 62* Cloudy. Rain. Rain and T-storms last nite. Rain for the 4th. Rain tonite T-storms too. This is the worst %$#@ Summer I've ever seen down here in Swampville, which I am now renaming Sh**ville. My 'maters have flowered out for the last 3 weeks, and not set one single fruit. I'm screwed. My planters with flowers and the hanging baskets are all toast from the continual pounding rains and winds. Oh ya, good morning.

so i did a bank run, first into minneapolis then over to maple grove. took 3 friggin hours. that trafic is friggin nutz!!!!!!!!!!!

mornin all, 55 going for upper 70's today.  might have to use the AC.  did not hear much for fireworks last night so that was ok.  they will be going off soon enough.  have a great day all and a safe one!!!  bike ride is in order for today!!!

Mornin gents, 56 about 4:30. 1 little guy. Talkin rain this am for us, we ended up with a 1/2' yday. A few more around the lake starting to show up. Not much else new here. Enjoy your day everybody

TGIS!!!  Morning all.  Nice pic Del.  Getting gray out here today and I don't even care if it rains.  Just nice to be home all day.  We love just being at home.  Like to go away too but always can't wait to get back home.  We joke about that as we are 10 miles from home on our way somewhere.    Going into town later to get some ribs for the smomer.  I think Canada has their celebration tonight.  We are going to watch their fireworks across the river from our pontoon boat that doesn't leak anymore..     Just had a young doe tearing little apples from our little apple tree....  I had to go out on the deck and talk to her so she left but was in no hurry.  How cool is that??  Have a great weekend...

Trade ya del. Moving hay home from the hayfields today. With the neighbors trailer and my 22' we should be able to get it in two trips. Takes a lot longer to move crap around first, then hook and unhook from stuff than it does to move the hay. Too wet to do much in the garden (another .21" last night) so will probably hook onto the 3 pt. mower and knock the grass in the windbreak down so I can handle it with the lawnmower again. Too much rain and too little help.
