The taste buds were a little undecided on what they wanted today, they wanted Asian but they also wanted French fries, went back and forth for a while on what I wanted to eat/make so I did a little of both and made an Asian Poutine. Made the fries in the air frier, then instead of gravy I made an Asian stir fry sauce. Hoisin, soy, fish sauce, sesame oil, chili paste. I had some leftover CSR so I cut some pork off the bones and mixed that in the sauce, poured all that over the fries with some scallions but no cheese since I've never seen cheese in Asian cooking. Sorry no pics. It was ok stomach patch, not the best I've ever made but not the worst thing I've ever made either

Thats what happens when you've been on a strict diet for over a month. I just hit the 25 lb lost mark and down 4pant sizes so I wanted to cheat today and I didn't know what exactly what I wanted, also had a nice cold rolling rock with it. Back to the diet tomorrow still have 20 lbs and 2 more pant sizes to go.

Well then I better fess up too.  I lost about 150 in the mid 90's.  Along with about 100 grand.  Didn't bother me a bit.   I sure hope she puts me in her will though.  I won't hold my breath though.  I have St. Louis ribs on.  The last ribs I have made were better than usual.  I realized my pellet grill is cooking hotter than the setting it is at.  I put the meat probe on the grate and found this out.  So now I set the heat at a lower setting trying to attain about 225-230 and my ribs are much better and not over cooked....   Before it was hitting 250-270 even though it was set at 225.

Yup never regretted it for a minute.  My present wife is my best friend.  She lost a chuck of weight years ago too.  So we both appreciate our lives together.

yep, call me what you want but  don't call me later for dinner.  :happy1:  I musta got lucky, my bride and myself do lots , lately with all the sausage, bacon making I'll go outside to check on the grills and come back in and  all the equipment and kitchen is cleaned up and she's packaging away...gotta love it. Good to hear you figured out the grill LPS. Not sure what method you wanna call it but I did 2 racks of baby backs yesterday, been doing it this way for a while as long as it's cool out. But 2 or so hrs of cold smoke, then add heat and more smoke for an hour, foil with sauce until done..moist and mouthwatering...and of course rebs rub had a hand in it!! :happy1:
