They must both be off after-lunch napping, as usual.  Or looking at pics of Spring. :rotflmao:

Your Chicken Cheese Enchiladas were great Rebs.  It was fairly easy to make too.  Now that I mastered that I may try cannelloni in white sauce sometime.  Used to get that at a cafe we stopped at years ago.  Great stuff.  Will research that.  With the wifes tooth issue I am trying to think of something that will be easy for her to eat tonight.  Maybe I will bake some chicken thighs.  And nuke some veggies.  Ruebens are still near the top of the list though.

Boy, Glenn's gonna get hammered...........  :snow2: :snow4:

Some rain,
sleet, or freezing rain will mix with the snow at times along the
I-90 and I-35 corridors in east centralMinnesota and west central Wisconsin Saturday. Snow rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are expected from west central into central
Minnesota through early evening before easing Saturday night. The
snow is expected to end by early morning Sunday. Snowfall totals
of 5 to 10 inches are likely in the Warning area, with localized
amounts around 12 to 14 inches possible over west central Minnesota.

Snow totals of 2 to 4 inches along with light ice accumulations
are expected in the Advisory area across southern Minnesota where
a longer duration of a wintry mix is possible.

What all you put in the pot wit dat corned beef Mike? I picked one up today..

to start just the roast on a bed of solid onion slices, one onion cut into 4 slices on the bottom...  be sure to use the juices in the bag too!!!  the seasoning on top of the roast and enough water to cover no more than 1/2  of the roast..  today I will add potatoes and carrots after 4 hours..  but you can use cabbage or kraut too.. it's darn good anyway ya cook it!!!  and like Reb said and left overs for ruebens!!!!

good luck and enjoy!!!
