Yes, beef stew is one of the best comfort foods.  Pig wings are nothing but pork shanks.  You see more smoked pork shanks than fresh.  I'll have to ask tomorrow to see how much a case is as far as fresh one's.  I don't see fresh one's around at all.  good luck.

With real cream?  Wow does that sound good.  I have the 2 ham bones simmering now for that ham and bean soup.

Gotta love pig chops swimming in sauce!! Another fine idea lps, think it's time to throw a smidge more smoke at a ham, and save the rest for soup!!

Yup. I splurged and bought a carton for my cawfee at ALDI....the big carton was all they had, so I gotta use it up anyway. Watchin' Barret-Jackson live from Vegas right now... O those cars...

Pigger slabs in the mushroom cream sauce, stuffing, injun corn. Piggers were too big to really fit in the casserole dish, so I had to do the stuffing separate.  *NOM*NOM*

I put a can of garbonzos in my ham and bean soup.  Turned out great!  Our home grown celery was strong tasting so the wife put it in zip loc bags in the freezer... Used one in the soup and it was very tasty.  Perfect way to use it.
