making an unstuffed pepper hot dish today, one each red, yellow and orange pepper cut into 1/2 inch by 1 inch pieces instead of stuffing them...  sure is looking and smelling good!!!  adding some cheese too and for Glenn some mushrooms!!!  and then for a salad a small batch of crab salad and some cheese in it too...

Sounds good Mike.  We are just finishing up a batch of Pork Chops Obrien.   Mix a 24 oz bag of Obrien frozen spuds, 16 ozs of sour cream, an 8 oz pkg of shredded cheese, salt, pepper, a pkg of onion soup mix in a bowl.  My new way of browning chops is in a foil lined flat pan under the broiler for a few minutes.  Much easier than in pans.  SO brown 6 bone in pork chops.  Put the mixture in a 9 x 13 pan and put the chops on top of that.  Cook at 350 loosely tented with foil for about 45 minutes.  Then top with more shredded cheese and bake for 15 more minutes uncovered.  You will love it!

You put the whole mix in the 9 x 13 pan with chops on top and bake it for an hour.  Put more cheese on top near the end of baking.

I can't even remember the last time I made tuna casserole.  Gonna do it for supper.

1 pkg of egg noodles  cooked and drained
4 cans tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1 pkg of frozen peas
1 cup milk
1 pkg of French Fried Onions

Combine tuna, soups, milk, peas, and noodles in a 9 x 13 pan.  Cook for 30 minutes.  Add the French Fried Onions on top and cook for another 15 minutes or so.  Should be golden brown.

If you would rather you could just add onions or mix in a Lipton onion soup mix instead of the ones on top.

Agreed Mike.  I would have liked to smother it with mozzarella but the wife didn't let me.    It was pretty darn good though.  Plenty of left overs.
