Good question!! I'm not sure why they're called Snickerdoodle Blondie Bars,  but I would have to add some ginger spice to them if I were to fairly call them Snickerdoodle Ginger Bars! Hmmmm that actually sounds good... perhaps I'll try that and see how they turn out!! 😋

wasn't sure if it was the lighter color, or so easy a Blonde can make them?     ;)

We are having a Supreme pizza from Aldis.  Looks like a lot of stuff on it so that is a good sign right away.

We like the Mega Meat with the thin crust 1 too. Actually, we've tried quite a few different ones of theirs & like almost all of them. Like always, we have to doctor 'em all up a little each time though.

I havnt stepped foot in a Aldis in years, not sure what they get for a take n bake but momma came home with a take n from Target for 6.99$. Although that's another store I avoid, that was a really good pizza, fed the both of us plus I had lunch the next day,  not bad for 7 bucks! Can't touch that at Papa Murphys..

Pizza. Sounds good. Wife makes pizza with lots of meats, veggies, mushrooms and anchovies (on my pizza) and tons of cheese on a homemade stuffed crust. Wash it down with a couple of beers. I leave the table in pain. But it sure is good.
If I make the pizza, it's a frozen pizza. Not very tasty but I still wash it down with beer or two.

Tonight I made Ritz cracker chicken in the oven, but I used Club Crackers since that's what I had on hand. Super easy and delicious! 😋

What did you use as a binding agent? Eggs?

Yep, rolled the split chicken breasts in eggs, then in the crunched up crackers. I added spices to the crackers - pepper, garlic, oregano, and some kinda grill spice in my cupboard. Then placed them in the baking dish sprayed with olive oil. And as a final touch, placed a half a pad of butter on each piece before baking at 375 for about 30 min. Super easy and can be made with any kind of crackers. 😋🤤

Nice, I'm not much of a white meat chicken guy but might have to try that for something different.

Pics just don't do justice but this used to be a big bowl of southwest Texacan chicken bowl. Perty sure there'll be some ingredients a smurf won't eat but here goes.. Chicken ( air fryer) avocado, back beans, cilantro lime rice, southwest corn, jalapeno and pico. Drizzled with southwest rest ranch and queso...no running 2 nights in a row... :surrender:
