Pics just don't do justice but this used to be a big bowl of southwest Texacan chicken bowl. Perty sure there'll be some ingredients a smurf won't eat but here goes.. Chicken ( air fryer) avocado, back beans, cilantro lime rice, southwest corn, jalapeno and pico. Drizzled with southwest rest ranch and queso...no running 2 nights in a row... :surrender:
  you just use the back of the beans??????? :moon: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

nope...i'd eat it!!!!!!! :happy1:

Guess I won't knock it until I try it but for me, could just save the time & leave the cauliflower alone. It's not make believe rice or potatoes. I'll put some butter on it, eat it as a vegetable, and call it good just like glenn and his noodles! :bonk:

You'd be surprised.  To me riced cauliflower tastes more like rice than it does cauliflower.  And it is good for sopping up all that good Asian sauce.

I've made tortillas for street tacos out of cauliflower that have better flavor than flour or corn (but they are a pain to make) and pizza crusts can be made too.  The pizza crusts aren't quite as good flour, taste a bit like cauliflower, but at least you get the rest of the pizza ingredients in a pizza shaped slice!

It's more like what Dotch mentioned. Can't we just have stuff in there normal form instead of trying to make plants into a dang hamburger. Nothing wrong with cauliflower with some butter or cheese on it, also good in those dip trays.
