mornin all, another good day in the books.  got the 4 wheeler set for plowing snow and got the outside fridge shut down for winter.  a few other small things got done and today looks the same, what ever the day brings to me!!  have a good day all!!!

morning fellas, 38 here but that wind makes it feel a whole lot cooler, could be the dampness in the air.

the doc appt went well. the picc line is out and she's off the 2 a day med thing. she will be on a pill regimine for another 6 months. every week they drew blood, we were both under the understanding they were monitoring her internal organs as this med was suppose to be or could be hard on especially the liver and kidneys. we found out they were also monitoring the  MRSA infection thru these blood draws. when they first diagnosed her with this some number that measured the infection was 15, its now a tad over 2. they want it or normal is 1 or below. that was one of my questions.

another question was what are we doing to monitor wether it comes back, thats when they told us about the pill regimine. she will take this pill for 3 months, check in/an appt with the infectious disease doc for a blood draw, if all is good, another 3 months with the pills and another check up. if all is good then she will be done.

this basiclly answered my last question about any long term effects. he said basiccly like any staph infection it could pop up at any time or in any part of the body, just need to be aware of signs like fever, muscle or bone soreness etc. so YWP things are lookin good!!!!!!!

ya know this is really gonna hurt bad but..... It's really not free money. Apparently that employer sees the hard work and dedication the employees have for them to do that for there employees. So technically the employees earned it.

LMao, I bought it at our local HWH, I like supporting local business's, if cabelas is priced the same or a little less, coste time and gas to go get it. I drive by HWH everyday during work. And glenn you are right.....(sorry puked a little ther) I earned it, but at the same time they don't have to do it. I was a year end bounus based on last years profit, I also get a incentive bonus, in august, based on 10 cent per acre tending the water truck for the chemical sprayer, if I spray CHEMICALS,  I get 15 cents per acre. I cumulate 11,000 arcers tending water truck and 5000 spraying. nice bonus, yes I give up a lot of time, but the company dosent have to do this ether. granted I wish I could be unionized but at least this company try's to hard to say thanks. my bonus's have been over 2 grand this year. I'll take it in NW MN.

Good for you Boar.  And Glenn good to hear the wife is doing better.  Glad it is Thurs.  Now only Fri to go.  Going to put the tracks on the ATV this weekend in case we get ice to ice fish this year.  All of the ice on the river is gone.  Wide open water.  I don't think we are going to have much cold weather for a week or so neither.

mornin all, 25 today and not much wind now...  but it's supposed to kick up to 25 to 30 again today.  lost most of the ice yesterday with the wind.  still ice on the south shore thou..  going to town and get some food and a much needed haircut, getting to shaggy for me.. other than that not much going on today, have a good day!!!

Mornin gents, 26 last I looked. Good to hear that your wife is gettin better, 57.  Our trip to the Dr's office wasn't quite as smooth as we discovered that her appt was supposed to have been 6 months from her last, instead of 6 weeks. They acted like they thought it was their fault but I'm not so sure there wasn't some confusion on our end too. We took the back roads from Austin to Mason City, as it's much faster, and found a lot of people out in the fields. Most were turning the ground over & puttin down anhydrous but almost as many were gettin the corn out. Not much on my list today, so I'll roll with it & see what comes my way.
