:sleazy:  Keep us posted.  You are kind of our hero at this time of year you know.  I may even have to get the sous vide out.  Need to think of what to do with it.  What is a fun sous vide project Del?

Mornin gang, we have 20 & are on our way to 42. :happy1: I see there's some bad weather, freezing rain & snow, in the forecast for tonight & early tomorrow. The local stations say we're kind of on the NW edge of it though, so I hope they're right. I've got an eye Dr appt in Mason City ~ 11 today so we'll probably head over there fairly early & do a little shopping too. 'Bout it here, have a good day.

Going to try and get two walls insulated today and maybe get some OSB over the top of them too. Then I can put all of the stuff back on the shelf and on the walls. Once that is done I might tackle the other side, or wait until the next warm spell. Later.... :happy1: :happy1:

LPS, read your earlier post, hope everything came out alright for you. ;) ;)

Morning boys.  Nice sunny morning here.  18 now.  Released a 21.5 last night.  I put a different old desk chair with arms on it and swivels and rocks so much more comfortable in the fish house.  I just started listening to real life stories on Iheart radio whilst fishing.  Pretty fun too.  The one now is about a guy that was railroaded into prison and was actually innocent.  True story.  Cooper gets pretty whooped up when I get a fish so we fight for who gets to be next to the hole.  LOL  Well we did do the doggy spa adventure yesterday and all went well.  The lady there had to help me get otherwise fearless Cooper in the bath.  He spread eagled and I couldn't get him in so I had his front half and she got his back half so we could lift him in.  He was fine once in, Buddy did real well.  He did that stuff in his past life I think.  They have a resident cat that jumped right up at picture time as you will see.  Was pretty funny.  Man they are soft now after their spa.  Was good for all three of us.  I will do it again too.  Oh ya Cooper ate the cats food too.  LOL   He would greet customers as they came in while I was shampooing Buddy.  Today gonna cut their toe nails and get some bales out the the trusty steads.  Then fishing this afternoon.  My Universal Spaghetti tonight for supper.

Man I am getting a gut.  I said that to the wife and she just nodded her head and said you are munching more snacks lately.   :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:  Thanks for the support honey.  LOL  Buddy doesn't look happy.

I can relate to the gut Barry.  :pouty:  I had lost 10 lbs earlier in the winter. Now sitting around munching cookies and reading all day I found those 10 lbs. Thats why I'm eagerly awaiting spring, I have zero ambition in the winter when it's dark all the time.

Dogs looking good! Cat just being a cat and getting in the way.

Mornin' comrades! 25 at choretime heading for a high in the upper 30's. No newbies overnite. Treated an older ewe last nite & she seemed better this morning. Watching a webinar presently on biologicals. SSDD. Some work but rarely altho that's not what those selling them like to hear. Need to head into the office after lunch. See the ewes in the main lot  could use another bale tomorrow. Got the sheep shearer coming to shear Friday. Should have help coming too so will make a grocery run in order to feed everybody.

I have a weight loss plan for you guys: Have your wife break her ankle, buy a flock of bred ewes, house train a puppy & see what happens. I'm down 15 lbs since November. I'm tired but I'm cranky. 😄

I could see that too. We went there for our car club Christmas party. Just nice not to make food myself. I ate once at the hospital cafeteria and once from McDonald's drive thru since mid-November. That's been about the extent of my dining out tho. After she got her oil changed at the dealership yesterday, Mrs. Cheviot flew solo again today to her therapy appt. After she took off, I located the small bungee cords I'd put where I'd be sure to remember where I'd put them. Took 2 years but by gum I remembered! They should help keep her rolling walker thingy folded up when in transit.  :happy1:

It's Bugtussle's noon and evening eating establishment. Located out on Hwy 13 on the east side of town. It's not fancy but it's decent food with a nice salad bar. Can almost always find something edible on the menu when I'm hungry. They make a good G&T too!  :happy1:

Hey I just seen your pics of the pooches lps, my daughter does the same with her Golden retriever.  I should do the same with the lab. He usually jumps in the tub  before the water,  loves it. But the hair.... it's probably well worth bringing him in!

Kind of a fun thing to do actually. It was $18 per dog and they have all of the shampoo etc.  They even had super effective brushes to do that first and then the shampoo.  They help too so real nice.

Morning boys. 30 here and that be the high for today. Slowly dropping throughout the day. Cut some firewood last night and loaded the woodshed. The extra day light after work is nice for that . Otherwise just getting ready for another day in the salt mines. Have a good one boys.

One more roll of insulation to stuff between the studs and then it's 15 sheets of OSB to hang. That will be enough for now. I'll wait until spring to do the other two walls because there's more "stuff" over there and it can sit outside then. Did manage to scrape some packed down snow off the driveway yesterday back down to blacktop. Hope it stays warm for a few more days. More coffee then on to Craigslist, later.... :happy1: :happy1:
