It only takes 1 or 2 of my fish to make a meal for us, not like the 6 or 8 of those little fish you usually fix when you have fish. So, we always have plenty of fish to eat.

I made one of the best batches of spaghetti ever made north of St Hwy 11.  Even made meatballs and I still like meat in my sauce too. With garlic buns.

Dry onion soup mixed with cottage cheese, put on a cracker is great! My Mom made that a lot.
