Yes I wondered if that qualified.  Since you by choice don't consume it I thought it should be on the list.  I can delete it if you think I should.  OR we could go to arbitration.
ABITRATION IT IS!!!!!!!!!! :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Ya that would be me, the guy with his phone in the kitchen lol.  Shrimp Lo Mein last night.  The cooler weather and the rain keeps me in the kitchen rather than outside on the grill and smoker.  good luck.

Whoa.....that looks awesome! I got a bunch of shrimp from the last Menards hall, and was wondering what to do with them. Do you have a recipe?

This is the recipe I got from Genius Kitchen:

2 lbs. medium shrim, peeled and deveined [raw]
1/2 cup soy sauce
8 tsp. corn starch
1/2 Tbls minced ginger
6 cloves garlic minced
4 tsp sesame oil, divided
12 oz. snow peas
2 cups shredded carrots
1 head bok choy, sliced
1 15 oz can chicken broth
7 scallions, sliced
12 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained

Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside for 10 minutes.
In skillet or wok, heat 1 tsp oil over high heat
Drain shrimp, reserving soy mixture
cook shrimp until pink
Remove from skillet.
Add 1 tsp oil to skillet, then add peas and carrot, and cook one minute
Add shrimp
Cook cabbage in skillet with remaining oil for a couple minutes
Combine broth and reserved soy mixture and add to skillet, along with shrimp mixture.
Cook until thickened,
Remove from heat and mix in scallion and fettucini.

good luck.

Yes in the oven yesterday.  Robin nest right over my smoker and grill.  I'll wait till the babies fly away with their mom.  Should be soon.  Baby back ribs and rice.  One pic you can see two different sauces.  One is my own on the left side and the other is a hot pepper/jam that I spread on there.  Made for meats and poultry.  It is a jar given to me by a friend who bought it in Duluth.  Tasty.  good luck.

Made some lasagna last night.  Turned out good this time.  Made some last week to try a new recipe intead of my own.  Called for riccota cheese while I always use cottage cheese.  That batch turned out so dry and tasteless I had to throw the whole thing away.  So I went back to my usual way of making it and will be sticking to it.  good luck.

I am disappointed tho. Where's this KATCHUP we keep hearing about? I expected to see a generous coating on the fries at least!

I used Ricotti once thinking it would be great and like you said it was so dry it wasn't even fun to eat it.  I put too much cottage cheese in the last time.  Didn't know it would be a problem..  It got dry too.  Just  layers of it now, not three.

I took the picture BEFORE the KATCHUP, just to throw you guys off. :mooning: don't worry there where generous portions used on both the burger and fries after the photo shoot. :happy1:
