First supper last night.....Chicken Pad Thai. I didn't make it spicey. My wife won't eat anything at all spicey. We both thought it was really good.

Tonight......Pheasant Breast in the crockpot with Cranberries, Western Dressing, and Lipton onion soup. Served over rice. This was excellent. Great way to make pheasant or chicken breast.
Conservative on some things.....Liberal on others.....Sane most of the time.

Did those meatballs turn out good Mike?  So what do you not like about Panko Glenn.  It is tasteless and just adds a crunch to things.

the stuff we had, had a gawd awful flavor. Not sure anymore what we used it on or with but it was bad enough to not want it again. Kinda like the slow gin in high school!! :puke: :puke: :rotflmao:

I had  3 ham bones and a chunk of ham in the freezer that I just took out.  It is all going to end up a big pot of Ham and Bean soup tomorrow.   :sleazy:

Turned out to be the best pot of ham and bean soup I have ever had.  I started simmering them at 10 am.  There was a lot of meat on all three of them.  I turned it off at 2 and let it sit for while.  Then I pulled the bones and cut up the meat some.  Nice big chunks.  I then added the celery and carrots and already had added onions.  Let it simmer for another hour and then added the beans too.  Man the broth is great!   I may have it for breakfast it is so good.
