Mornin gang, 23 to start here & we're aiming for 43. TWC's site says 6-11" for us & 10-16" for parts of the North Shore. Shopping day here so we're headed for GR this morning. 'Bout it here, have a good day.

Morning boys.  It is 21 here and should double that to 42 today.  I am watching the weather ahead of my trip to Hibbing on Thurs.  They are going to hook me up to electrodes to test my nerves as they go to my sciatica.  ???   The said to wear shorts.  I think I will wear a speedo.   :rotflmao:  Will be interesting to see what they find.  No plans for the day except I started a new kindle book so looking forward to that.  May head over to the Rapids or Vidas landing to see how the river ice looks.  It is going out fairly quickly.  Open at Frontier the other day so should get to Vidas in a day or two.  Fun to see.  Have a good one.

When ambition hits me today I'll be fixing that green thing in the garage. Not only it doesn't turn to the left very well, the front tire is flat and won't take air. Need to go to town and drop off signed tax forms today too. Check to the IRS left yesterday. Later...... :happy1: :happy1:

Mornin' fellow gulag comrades! 27 at choretime, heading for a high around 40. No detectable precip the past 24 hrs. so saved time on that today. Got payroll info sent to the accountant so will do that once he sends me the info back. Need to finish the copy for the print deadline, proof, edit, spellcheck, etc. Should do some tax stuff too but that's overrated. Guessing they'll file an extension like they did last year. Changing accountants twice in one year really made a mess out of things. It's taken some time to get it all straightened out and everyone on the same page. I like the guys I'm working with now. They don't get too worked up and that suits me just fine.

Guess I'll stop whining then.  ;) Nah still to much to pay in. Going to need to switch my deductions to zero single so they can fund more transgender surgeries in Iraq.

Morning boys. 31 here and heading for 35 today it says. Still showing us getting snow later this morning thru this evening. Saying 1-3 or 3-4 depending on where you look. Guess we will see when it is done. Loaded a bucket load of wood in the wood shed last night. Nicer to do when not full of snow. Otherwise just getting ready for another day in the salt mines. Have a good one boys.

Mornin gents, 29 here & we might see 34. I stepped out back about 6 & the ground was covered but it hadn't been snowing very long as there wasn't much there, we might have a 1/2" now though. They're still talking 6-10" here too. No big plans here today either, have a good day.

Morning boys.  Ditto to Gunner I guess.  We have light little flakes coming down.  White on the ground but not much yet.  Accu says 6-10" today and another 1" tonight.  High of 36 so that could make it more rain.  I see the wind is picking up now too.  Hope it gets it out of its system so they can get roads cleaned up tonight.  Have a good one and don't overdo the shoveling.

Mornin' fellow gulag comrades! 36 at choretime , heading for a  high in the low fitties. .27" of liquid equivalent precip between the rain, snow & sleet at the ranch. .30" in Bugtussle. Supposed to be more precip falling as rain today. Not a lot on the agenda other than play with some tax stuff, make a PO run & get ready for the upcoming spring chaos. Would be a good day for a glenn nap otherwise... :coffee:

Good morning All.  We are getting a bit of snow finally.   I think we now have about 2" but the wind is blowing it around pretty good.  Kinda crappy out but bring on that moisture!!   Spending the day in the shop on the roller chair.   Sanding on a Lund Tyee transom today.  Goal is to roll this one out the end of the week with a brand new transom in it.   Have a great day.

Yesterday our low spots that had water in them finally dried up.  With snow still on the ground I don't know if it soaked in or if it evaporated.  Quite a bit of water to evaporate though??   I wonder this each spring.  I used to drive a steel stake in the ground in the middle of them to speed it up.

Hey roony, was trying to figure out which building collapsed in Waseca? It collapsed on the backside so they only show a brief blip of the front on TV. Kinda tough to tell.

It was the backside of the building just south of Kozan's music store. Back in the day it was Dieke's Liquor Store.

Good morning.  Looks like it's done snowing.  I believe we ended up with 5" on the ground but there was some melting going in under it.   Slippery outside as everything under this snow is ice coated.  By the time I came home from the shop last night the roads were a skating rink.

Morning boys. Safe travels today Barry. Hope they got the roads cleared up. 28 here this morning and heading for 40 it says. Think we got a couple of inches of snow. The wife said the roads were crappy when she came home around 9 last night. Slush was building up. Otherwise just getting ready for another day in the salt mines. Have a good one boys.

Early morning boys.  We have 28 here and may see 40 later on.  I see on 511 that the roads for a ways south of I Falls are completely covered. We will take that route and hope they have them all cleaned up for us.  South of there they are partly covered which is pretty much the whole area.  Will leave early so we have plenty of time. The wife had a meeting in TRF today but that was canceled due to weather so now she can come with me to the appt.  It will cost me lunch she said.  LOL  Will be much more fun with her along.  Well see ya later.
