Now that was some funny shi :rotflmao:

Anyway I'll try and make this short.
The pheasant was a little dry, but very good. I had to borrow a 1/4 of whisky for the recipe. I mooched it from a customer on the lake and put it in a mason jar with no lid. I then  had to plow hillmens road all the way in 6 miles cutting the  north edge with the straight blade  plow. I get home, sit it down, we have a very small kitchen. I then go to the store to get some rice. I come back  and start prepping and think the whisky is a left over  melted down pop and ice and proceed to dump it out.
I decide to use brandy. I cook the pheasant and remove it from the pan then simmer down the sauce.  It slowly reduces just like the pic. Just like that it reduces down and we end up with about two tea spoons of sauce? To funny. The sauce  tasted fabulous just not enough. Next time I will triple or quadruple  the recipe

Hmmm..that sounds good. Too dry?  Maybe cook it in some brandy and cream next time? I know that's pretty tasty...
