Looking to cook up a vennie roast, anyone have a favorite way? thanks Bobby  :cheesy:
well  Bobby, i can tell you how to make a mean venny neck roast if that'll help. in the oven of course. i put a couple inches of water in a roaster, throw in roast, add a package of dry liption onion soup mix, onions, bay leaves, add salt and pepper. bake till it pulls apart easily. take meat out...............make gravy!!!!!!!

What cut of venison?   Yes I have a favorite way....  Maybe two or three of them...   Just don't make jerky out of it.   :mooning:

I've had breakfast for dinner many time's and that sure looks great!!!  Curley's franks are good as well.  I add extra garlic to them for no reason because I like garlic.  good luck.

im doing pork roast,  ive got a rub, will inject, the 4 hrs smome and finish in slow cooker. fave!

My caldron of my party beans. I make a big batch for it freezes great and it'll last most of the winter. You can use any type of meats and beans of your choosing, this is what I used.

Meats.....
2 lbs ground meat
1 lb chorizo
1 lb beer brauts
1 lb smoked brauts
1 lb cheddar brauts
1 lb steak
1 lb kielbasa
1 lb bacon
1 lb Italian sausage

Cut the meat into bite size pieces, brown and drain

Beans....
13 cans of a variety of your favorite beans. White beans drain and rinse and dark beans juice and all into pot

I 32 oz jar grape jelly
1 32 oz bottle ketchup
1 16 oz bottle BBQ SAUCE
I 28 oz can tomato purée
Tomato juice to thin out as needed
Spices.. garlic, onion and chili powder, Hersey baking cocoa powder, paprika, cayenne powder.

I call it my party beans but all my friends and family call you better give me some of that s**t when you make it chili. Yes grape jelly, that is the one ingredient that must not be left out.

The deli for one certain kind....then usually add chives and a bit of mustard to it. 99% of bought tater salad is crap.

That's what I had. Best is the chive'n egg made in store at Hy-Vee, home of the rip-off, from their deli. But, not for $6.99 lb. That store is insane.
