We were told EVERYBODY will connected to their new sewer pipe. One guy sitting behind me was a tad upset because he just spent 55K on a new mound system and he has to be hooked up with-in 5 years. Did mow back yard yesterday, front yards were still under water from Thursday's rain. Skeeters came to life here so they're getting a couple of gallons of Tel-Star today. Wife got six tomato plants from a co-worker that need to be put in pots. I looked a Menards yesterday and they wanted $13.00 each for them. I found some others that were $6.99. Later..... :happy1: :happy1:

Just to clarify for a certain party in Cold Spring. Gets two mators in each pot (pots were $6.99 each) and they look cool. So there. :happy1: :happy1:

Morning boys. 56 here and supposed to make 70 today. Was a nice day yesterday after a couple small rain showers. No rain in the forecast here until Wednesday.  Been out and fed the Orioles already. They have really been hammering the jelly the last 3-4 days now. Big project for today is to finally change the prop shaft on the Ranger. Doesn't look like a fun job. But the cvc joints have been bad since we bought it. Pretty common problem I have learned. The new shaft has greasable u-joints. Have a good one boys.

Morning boys.  It is a beautiful sunny calm morning here.  53 now and rain coming this afternoon and into tomorrow too I believe.  Got the lawn mowed yesterday.  Didn't get doc sprayed yet.  Gson is going home soon so maybe I can get it done after that.  Was fun having him and the dogs and us will miss him.  Well you have a good one.

I did get the front yard mowed yesterday, going through standing water and it looks like crapola. But if I wait until it dries out it will turn into a hay field with windrows of dead grass every 100". As posted earlier we got the maters transferred into their new POTS and today's project is to trim grass around the 1.2M trees we have in the yard. I need to pick up three more baskets yet. Only found these three behind the garage. Later...... :happy1: :happy1:

https://bringmethenews.com/minnesota-news/hennepin-county-attorney-mary-moriarty-drops-murder-charges-against-trooper-ryan-londregan

He should never have been charged to begin with and Moriarty should be removed from office.  After his career has been tarnished and drug through the mud I hope he sues the crap out of them.   This has been a witch hunt from the beginning.  I suppose people will have to riot again now aka throw a tantrum.    Play silly games and you win silly prizes.

Good morning All.   58 this morning.  Went to bed with the radar showing severe weather coming at us.  Well it missed us as did the rain for the most part.  We ended up with enough to make the sidewalk wet.   Busy day with work and then might go see if I can find a crappie that wants to play.   Have a great day All.

Morning boys. 59 here and heading for 67. Got us some rain overnight. .16" in the gauge it says. Dark and gloomy morning. Well got the Ranger project all done yesterday. 2 new front drive shafts and a new prop shaft. I think the main culprit of all the noise was the front right drive shaft. Sense that came apart when I was trying to pull it out. Nice and quiet now. Then we took it out for a test tootle. All good. Otherwise just getting ready to start a new week in the salt mines. Have a good one boys.

We had .40" yesterday afternoon, don't think we got too much more last night. Going to get my new clearance lights mounted and wired up today on the pick-up. They go on the inside of the F-250 emblem on the fenders. Kids trap practice tonight, kinda chew on some of their backsides last week, appears they shot better afterwards. See if it holds true tonight. Later..... :happy1: :happy1:

Mornin boys, 59 presently & we're headed for 76. Never got my boat ride in on Saturday, it got too windy, so I went out after breakfast yday. Tried it for crappies right away but no go, so I threw out a fathead & I had a little snake pretty quick. Next 1 was a keeper walleye though & got bit off after that. Did have 1 more eye after that but it was almost 18", so it went back. Clear, sunny, with a light wind when I went out, but it was cloudy, sprinkling, & windy when I came in ~ 10. Probably check that out again early today, need to raise the dock some too. We'll see, have a good day.

Mornin' fellow gulag comrades! 63 at choretime heading for a high in the low 80's. .32" of precip at the ranch the past 24 hrs. & .35" in Bugtussle, which may or may not include a shower from Saturday as the gauge wasn't read yesterday. With all the rain, everything's in a holding pattern. Lots of spraying to be done yet and deciding whether it's worth one more shot to replant this corn once one can reassess the situation. That day isn't today. I got all the corners on the neighbor's fence done yesterday but ran out of insulators for wooden posts. Will make a run for those today then we can start stringing wire. Will be so glad when that fiasco is done. Wish I was up north somewhere away from people. My buddy Billy made it up to his cabin in Canada. Will have to live vicariously thru him & his text messages. From the pics, it looks lush and green up there too.

Hopefully Barry will be doing cartwheels in no time!! It's funny the guys I know who had hip surgery bounced back fairly quick, good luck and PT is your friend.  As always Afternoon peoples,  still no helicopters on the maples here, just the friggen cotton is almost over whelming.  Took off the shroud if you will on the pick em up yesterday, it exposed all the radiators and coolers. Plum full of cotton and bugs, the hose did real well but wishing I had a homemade nozzle of sort to get in between the radiators better, I'll work on that idea. Remi never needed an ecollar in his 10 yrs, call him and he always came back,  Maisy on the other hand could use 2..lol. ordered 1 one up from sportdog yesterday with a pretty good discount from a fella at work so hopefully outside the yard and in the field I can keep her somewhat close. Best run...See ya!!
